Wake up to silog.

Garlic fried rice, a sunny-side egg, and your pick of savory-sweet goodness — Filipino brunch is comfort on a plate. Come hungry; leave happy.

A Filipino silog brunch plate with sunny-side egg and garlic rice Sinangag & itlog
What's a silog?

The Filipino breakfast, done right.

"Si" for sinangag (garlic fried rice) and "log" for itlog (egg) — plus a savory star. Every silog at Purple Roots comes with a sunny-side-up egg, embutido (meatloaf), chicken lumpia, pickled cucumber, garlic fried rice and fresh oranges.

Served weekdays 11:00 AM–3:30 PM, with weekend brunch Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM–3:00 PM. Pair it with fresh-baked panadería and a cup of coffee.
